Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program
The Pennsylvania Department of Health is in the process of implementing the state’s Medical Marijuana Program, signed into law on April 17, 2016. When fully implemented, the Medical Marijuana Program will provide access to medical marijuana for patients with a serious medical condition through a safe and effective method of delivery that balances patient need for access to the latest treatments with patient care and safety. This guide will connect you with medical marijuana resources and information for patients and caregivers, growers and processors, dispensaries, physicians, and laboratories.
Medical Marijuana Patient Survey
One of the duties of the Pa Medical Marijuana Advisory Board is to accept and review comments from individuals and organization about medical marijuana. As part of that duty, the Patient and Caregiver Subcommittee of the Advisory Board seeks to gather comments and information from patients, caregivers and other stakeholders through a series of on-line surveys.
Your participation in this effort is anonymous and encouraged to help provide valuable information and understanding of how the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program is serving our community and how it can be improved. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and also share it with others who are participating in the
