Community Health Council of Lebanon County

The Community Health Council of Lebanon County was established in 1994, bringing together stakeholders from across the community to discuss common health goals and collaborative opportunities. Our mission is to working together to develop and mobilize resources to enhance the health of Lebanon County. The Council consists of over 25 committees, task forces, and events involving over 400 community volunteers. We strive to improve our built environment, promote active transportation, and reducing obesity and obesity related disease by increasing opportunities for physical activity.

The Lebanon City walking route was developed by the Community Health Council in partnership with the City of Lebanon, the Business Improvement District, and Visit Lebanon Valley.
