My Records

Records marking a birth, death or fetal death are know as vital records. These official documents used are for everything from applying for a driver's license to settling an estate after someone dies. Sometimes these records can become misplaced, or you need additional copies of these records. Our Office of Vital Records can help you get a copy of these important documents. It has been the official custodian of vital records dating back to 1906.
