eVitals Account Issues

If you are experiencing user account issues in accessing eVitals, take one of the actions below:

  • Use the Self-Service functionality available on the eVitals login page.
    • Step by step instructions are available under the Document Library.  Review one of our "eVitals Guide for Business Partners" for assistance in using the Self-Service functionality to resolve your user account issue.
  • Contact your facility account manager for assistance.
  • Contact the Vital Events Stakeholder Hotline.

If your account is locked due to failed password attempts, you must send an email to ra-DHeVitalsHelp@pa.gov from the same email account associated with your eVitals account requesting that your account be unlocked.  If you do not know what email account you have associated to your user account, then call us.
