Provider Fee Schedules
These are the current fees the Pennsylvania Department of Health pays participating providers for services for the conditions or programs listed below. When revisions are made to the fee schedules, the appropriate providers will receive notice of such changes in writing at least 30 days in advance of the revisions being posted.
