Select from 3 choices:

• Total
• Male
• Female

Multiple values may be selected when creating a table (you may need to hold down the Shift or Ctrl key). However, this menu may be limited to a single selection when creating a chart or map.

Note: If a sex-specific primary cancer site is selected in the Primary Site menu (denoted by (M) or (F)) then only the correct sex will be be displayed in the output table. For example, if Prostate is selected in the Primary Sites menu, the output table will contain rows for prostate cancer incidence among males, but not among females or the total population.
