(2013) Poor oral health can have a detrimental effect on children's quality of life, their performance at school, and their success later in life. This report from the National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center provides an overview and strategies for combatting this problem.
Healthy Teeth, Healthy Me Sesame Workshop has helped to develop this program, a bilingual (English/Spanish), multimedia outreach initiative. This program motivates children ages 2 - 5 years of age to care for their oral health.
